Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawaiian healing art rooted in the sacred principles of Aloha (unconditional love) and Ho‘oponopono (forgiveness, balance, and harmony). Often described as the “loving hands” massage, it is a rhythmic, flowing, full-body practice that reaches far beyond muscles — touching emotions, clearing energy, and awakening the spirit within.

In your 90-minute journey, we begin with a 15-minute heart-centered arrival — where I attune to your energy and gently invite your body to relax and your spirit to open. The massage itself is a continuous wave of presence — warm oils, intuitive movement, long strokes, and deep stillness create a sacred container for emotional release, spiritual nourishment, and full-body restoration.

We end with 15 minutes of quiet integration — grounding your experience, softening the mind, and letting your heart settle into wholeness.
